Month-of Coordinating

begins 1 month prior   |   approx $1300*

If you have all the vendors selected, colors picked out, and just need someone to design the flow of your day, that's where I come in the picture! I make sure all the details you worked so hard to plan are executed flawlessly. I start one month before the big day, when all the logistical details need to come together. I will communicate with all the vendors for you, create a detailed timeline, and make sure everything flows smoothly. Now you can sit back, enjoy, and celebrate your own wedding!  Here is a list of what my services entail:

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Create a vendor payment schedule

  • Communicate between wedding party and vendors one month before the wedding

  • Create detailed timeline of your day and distribute to the vendors 

  • Orchestration of wedding rehearsal

  • Wedding day service (everything included with Day-of Coordination service): manage set up of ceremony and reception, coordinate with photographer for photo ops, arrange seating and final decor touch-ups before ceremony and reception, coordinate with vendors for timing of each event, maintain timeline flow, cue wedding party and family for events

  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence

  • 8 hours of wedding day coordination

  • Includes one assistant for set-up

Day-of Coordinating

begins 1 week prior   |   approx $800*

This is for the very organized and detailed couples who don't mind tying up all the loose ends. You've created all the spreadsheets, checked of the to-do lists, and confirmed your timelines with all the vendors. You have all the little details planned, but you want (and deserve!) to not lift a finger on the day of your wedding.  With day-of coordination, we go over the timeline you made a week before the wedding and go over final details. Then on the day of the wedding, I show up and run the show while you enjoy your big day! Here is a list of what this includes:

  • Review of couple’s timeline and provide suggestions one week prior to wedding day

  • Maintain flow of the timeline, coordinating all moving pieces

  • Represent couple's interests when interacting with venue and vendors during wedding day

  • Manage set up of ceremony and reception

  • Coordinate with photographer for photo ops

  • Work with DJ, MC and catering staff to coordinate timing of each event

  • Arrange reception seating and final decor touch-ups

  • Cue couple for each event 

  • Respond to all questions and issues during the day

  • Unlimited email correspondence

  • Orchestration of wedding rehearsal (at additional fee)

  • Includes 8 hours
